Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the product/Service ordered by you has reached you in a defective condition
or Not satisfied with services,
you can claim for a refund by emailing us at support@starinfotech.in.
In your email, please specify your Order ID, Name, Address, Phone, Name of the
Product Ordered and the picture of the defective product.
Such complaints should be raised within 24 hours of the delivery date.
If Starinfotech finds your claim to be genuine,
we will refund you the value of the product within 30 days of approving the
refund claim.
Domain payment Not refund once its booked it booked for a year or as you pay.
And For online Software's if you are not satisfied 85% Refund With in 30 Days.
In some cases, the customer will be required to ship the defective product to
Starinfotech.
Any expense for such shipment will be borne by Starinfotech.
