1. General Consideration & Definition
1.1 – starinfotech.in is Online Software Company. Starinfotech provides its
website features and services to you subject to the following conditions. If you
wish to visit, browse or shop at Starinfotech, you acknowledge and accept these
terms & conditions. Additionally, if you use any current or future services or
businesses provided by Starinfotech, you will be subject to the guidelines,
terms and agreements applicable to such services or businesses. 1.2 – In this
terms and conditions, Starinfotech (www.starinfotech.in), including any
subdomains, webpages or extension of starinfotech.in, are referred to as
“Website” and the natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the
Website by accessing, browsing, purchasing or registering are referred as
"Users".
2. Amendment
2.1 – The Company reserves the right to change the contents of this Website
and/or the Terms of Service at any time. It also has the right to deny access to
Users who the Company believes has violated the provisions of this Terms of
Service. You are advised that any amendment to the Terms of Service or rules and
policies incorporated herein by reference will only be notified on the Website
on publicly accessible links and you agree by accessing, browsing or using this
website that this constitutes sufficient notice for all purposes against you.
The revised Terms of Service shall be effective from the time the Company posts

3. Eligibility of Use
3.1 – This Website may only be used or accessed by such persons who can form
legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are
‘incompetent to contract' within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872
including minors, persons of unsound mind, and undischarged insolvents are not
eligible to use the Website. A minor is not allowed to access or register as a
User or sell or purchase any items on the Website.
If you represent and are registering as a business entity, by accepting the User
Agreement you represent that such entity has sufficient authority under
applicable law to enter into the User Agreement and you are duly authorized by
the business entity to accept this User Agreement and you have the authority to
bind that business entity to this User Agreement.
4. User Registration
4.1 – You are solely responsible for maintaining secrecy and confidentiality of
your username and password. You hereby acknowledge and accept that the website
will grant access to any person who has obtained your username and password in
the same manner as it would have granted access to you and you are responsible
for all activities conducted under your username and password. The Company, its
employees or associates will not be responsible in any manner for losses
occurring from such breach of secrecy of your username and password.
4.2 – You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information while
registering or for any other purpose when prompted to do so on the Website. You
are prohibited from misrepresenting your identity and agree not to represent
yourself as another User or login/ register using the identity of any other

current or incomplete or the Company has reasonable grounds to deduce that such

indefinitely suspend or terminate or block your use or access to the Website in
any manner whatsoever.
5. Communication
5.1 – You agree to keep yourself updated with all data, information and

You further agree that your use of the Website or provision of any data or
information including any correspondence (by email or otherwise) to or by the
Company is through electronic records and you consent to receive communication
from the Company via electronic records which will be deemed adequate service of
notice/ electronic record.
6. Charges
6.1 – Membership on the website is free. The website does not charge any fee for
browsing and buying on the website. However the website reserves the right to
charge fee and change its policies from time to time. In particular,
Starinfotech may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some
or all of the existing services offered on the website. In such an event
Starinfotech reserves, without notice to You, the right to introduce fees for
the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the
case may be. Changes to the Fee and related policies shall automatically become
effective immediately once implemented on the website. Unless otherwise stated,
all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for
compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments
to the website.
7. Use of the Website
7.1 – You agree, undertake and confirm that your use of Starinfotech shall be

Starinfotech to buy or sell any products or services, including, but not limited
to, products or services related being displayed on Starinfotech or related to
Starinfotech. You may not transmit any chain letters or unsolicited commercial
or junk email to other users via Starinfotech. It shall be a violation of these
Terms of Use to use any information obtained from Starinfotech in order to
harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to,
solicit, or sell to another person outside of the Starinfotech without
Starinfotech's prior explicit consent. In order to protect our users from such
advertising or solicitation, Starinfotech reserves the right to restrict the

us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government
officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in
connection with the investigation and/or resolution of possible crimes,
especially those that may involve personal injury.
It is possible that other users (including unauthorized users or “hackers”) may
post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on Starinfotech and that you may
be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is
possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of
Starinfotech, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or
injure you. Starinfotech does not approve of such unauthorized uses but by using

starinfotech.in shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim
damages that may occur due to your involvement/participation in any way on your
own or through group/s of People, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS
(Distributed Denial of Services).
8. Cancelation by Starinfotech
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and
must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel
any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being
cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase,
inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by
our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of
the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before
accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is
cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your
order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will
be reversed back in your Card Account. Any type of voucher used in these orders
shall be pushed back into the user's account in case of cancellation.
9. Fraudulent /Declined Transactions
Our fraud detection team constantly monitors the user's account in order to
avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or
availing referral vouchers fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under
law and Starinfotech reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection
charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Starinfotech
reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for
fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of
these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or
declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, Starinfotech
reserves the right to immediately delete such account and dishonour all past and
pending orders without any liability. For the purpose of this clause,
Starinfotech shall owe no liability for any refunds.
10. Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you
for availing of services on Starinfotech will be correct and accurate and you
shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a
credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree
and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to
Starinfotech. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by
Starinfotech with any of the third parties unless required for fraud
verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Starinfotech will not be
liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently
will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

resources. Because Starinfotech has no control over such sites and resources,
you acknowledge and agree that Starinfotech is not responsible for the
availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is
not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other
materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge
and agree that Starinfotech shall not be responsible or liable, directly or
indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in
connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services

property of Starinfotech and other respective persons. Users are prohibited from
using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on

Starinfotech or such third party which may own the Marks. All information and

(“Content”) is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying,
copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing,
creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site
for commercial or public purposes.
The Site contain copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary
information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video,
graphics, music, sound, and the entire contents of the Company protected by
copyright as a collective work under the applicable copyright laws. The Company

13. Limitation of Liability
Starinfotech and Pebble Media, its officers, partners, parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates are not liable to you for any incidental, indirect, consequential,
special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or
profits, loss of business, or loss of data, in any way related to the website
content or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions,
interruptions or other inaccuracies in any Starinfotech websites, including
without limitation as a result of breach of any term of this agreement.
Applicable law many not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you. In no event will website's total liability to you for any and
all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or related to your use
of the website, regardless of the form exceed the amount paid by you to
Starinfotech, if any, for accessing Starinfotech.
14. Indemnity

15. Force Majeure
Starinfotech shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in
access to the Site irrespective of the cause.
16. License and Site Access
Starinfotech grants you a limited license to access our website and the service
provided. This license does not include any downloading of account information
for the benefit of another vendor or any other third party; caching,
unauthorized links to the website and the framing of any content available
through the website uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do
not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another

17. Governing Law
This website is maintained by Starinfotech. The laws of India shall apply and
